A review on a post on Internet Security from My E-Commerce blog- New Spamming Tactics

Internet security is the prevention of unauthorized access or damage to computer system through internet access. Most security measures involved data encryption and passwords. But now days, the internet security is breakdown by the spammer using some new tactics. They come out with a new tactics that can easily used to steal other person confidential information via sends unwanted or inappropriate mail. Such new tactics are PDF Spam, Greeting Card Spam, and Piggyback Spam.

Greeting Card Spam, I think is the most easy and big chance that we get spamming. Greeting Card is the most frequently we received from our friends. But this type of card requires us to click on the link to view the full-blown greeting card online. If we click on the link in a spammer’s e-card, it is most likely we are downloading a virus or loss our confidential information.

Piggyback Spam is a highly graphical e-mail messages that look like they come from large retailers. These messages will require us to click on a link to view the message properly. That’s the way spammer success to access our computer system once we click the button.

We are responsible to protect our confidential information from being spam by others. If we receive any e-mail messages from unknown person or a retailer you’ve never heard, just delete it immediately.
